Avoid high glycemic food. Cut down the intake of junk good, white food and deep fried food. Avoid application of oily products and prefer water based creams. Avoid steroid creams like betnovate. Drink lots of water everyday. Have vegetables and fresh fruits daily. Wash your face twice a day with gentle cleanser. Apply sunscreen with atleast 25 spf.
