Hi, Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit and not to look bulky like body builders. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Else go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy Go for regular walks and do yoga. Aim is to be strong and healthy and fit. Ignore all the useless comments which people keep making. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.
