I am 31 years old Male having back pain for the last nearly 8 years, consulted doctors, taken medicines but not getting relief totally. And permanently. Please advise.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching stretch. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.
