I will suggest having a follow-up with your mental health professional as he needs to titrate the dose of your medication. Yes, some individuals do experience panic attacks even on medications and thus it is always recommended to have psychotherapy sessions along with the medications.

if after taking nexito also the anxiety is present, if the symptoms have reduced the dose needs to be increased, if it does not work, then another medication needs to be selected. good luck.

Hi connect with your psychiatrist and discuss present condition so that he can change or modify your medication or dosage accordingly. Best' possible way to get the desired outcome from treatment is to combine medicine with psychotherapy.

As your anxiety symptoms have increased currently, then you should contact your doctor as you might require some alteration in your current dose. Since you are on the lowest dose of the medication, there is a possibility that some life stressor has triggered the current anxiety symptoms, and the dose was not adequate to control the symptoms associated with the stressor. Just so you know, having some anxiety to a significant life stressor is a normal phenomenon, but if the anxiety starts to hamper the daily functioning and that too for longer period of time, then it would be considered as an illness.
