I nowadays, I find myself crying too much, even over small things, and sometimes i'm not even aware of the reasons behind my tears. I try to control myself, but I can't. This wasn't the case before 2017. I'm not sure if it's a symptom of depression. Please suggest how I can become stronger and better control my emotions.
