I have sunburns on my forehead. What should I do to heal it and prevent it in the future as my skin gets very vulnerable to sun every time I get out in open?

Apply cool, not cold, milk with a clean cloth to your sunburned skin. The milk will create a protein film that helps ease sunburn discomfort. Always wear a high spf sunscreen lotion when outside.
