Respected Dr. I want to know information about baby healthy food table for 10 month baby for proper growth as my baby is 10 month completed.. Weight is 7.890 kg .almost 8 kg. Doctor recommended me taking one calcium and one multivitamins syrup .5 ml 4 ml daily 2 times. Now my question is 10 month baby can take syrup when taking syrup my baby still is passing quickly and still is watery. I give 3 days now .but all time still is watery.

Go for drops instead of syrup. And reduce the doses as well. Give him semi solid diet include steam veggies fruits in his diet. You can give him few drops of visible fats as well like cow ghee, butter n all. If he is not able to chew the food properly then little mashed it or blande it and give.
