Bilateral inguinal hernia, in initial reducible stage can be kept compressed with inguinal trusses but due to possibility of obstruction and strangulation of hernial loop it is better to get operated. Benign hypertrophy of prostate can be controlled with medicines but if required operative removal of it can be done by trans urethral resection.
