I have nafld from past 4 to 5 months. Due to that, I have a slight pain in my lower abdomen on right side which was started to lower down. But I also have vitamin b-12, vitamin d and calcium deficiency. And for that, I was taking separate tablets for all above respective nutrients. But now doctor has prescribed me bio x3 dt tablet which is a combination of all. But recently pain in the lower abdomen has started again. So should I take that tablet when I have nafld?
