I am 19 years old I sleep a lot around past 1.5 (one and a half) year. Approx 14 to 16 hours a day I need help and treatment too.

But why were you sleeping that much, were you taking any medicine or were under any medical condition. If it was just a lifestyle you were leading. Note that you were inviting several diseases .to infest your body. Try to stay active always, spend time outdoor with friends, if under depression practice meditation to reduce stress. No food from outside, no cold drinks no fast foods. No high protein diet include fruits and home made food only in your diet join a gym. Aerobic, dance class to keep yourself busy get back to me with more details.
