Hello doctors. My son is 14 years old and suffering pyrexia of unknown reason with calf pain in both legs since july 2022. All investigations included bone marrow test are normal. I have tried allopathic, homeopathic and ayurvedic, even steroid also given (response well again occur we hen stopped) kindly advice.
