I go to gym almost regularly but sometimes I could not make it consistent but I want to lose weight and like to gain perfect shape . I want to make muscles. So is jogging will be okay along with workout . Will I lose weight and gain muscle. Tell me doctor. Thank you.

Jogging is a very good exercise for weight loss. But jogging will not help in muscle gain. For that, you need to train under a good instructor in gym.

Yes, jogging everyday will help even if you lift weight 3 times a week. Jogging alone can help if you take sufficient protein. It will be better if you inclue weight lifting 3 times a week, with jogging for 20-30 minutes, to get better results.
