Hello sir, hm bht saal se constipation, digestion problem aur gas ka problem hai kuch bhi bhr ka khate hai bathroom jana pdta hai bht pareshan hai pet dard krne lgta hai subah me zyada problem hota hai hlka pet bhi grm rhta hai.
