Hi there! im 20 years old (105 kg, I have allergic asthma which triggers on seasonal change only for which I also take medication like antihistamines (loratadine, cetrizine),i contracted a cold 4 days ago for which I was taking panadol cold & flu day/night caplets, it has subsided now with symptoms now low, unfortunately I have noticed this time that my left ear doesn't close/pop, it has been an annoyance & at times I can hear my own voice & breath, when I chew it opens up & takes like 15 mins to close, I searched about it somewhat close array of symptoms match up to eustachian tube disorder can I know how this can be treated & resolved as soon as possible as my exams are coming up & there are no doctors in close proximity where I live, thanks & best regards!
