I am 34 years old. I have knee pain when I climb up/down the stairs. I got the x-ray (ap& lateral) done, but no problem is reported in the x-ray report. What else can be the problem.

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise. Don't sit on floors. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with glucosamine for three months minimum.
