Mr. Lybrate-user, you have mentioned only pp sugar levels, no mention of fasting and hba1c%. Both these parameters are needed to give any guidance. Diet will depend upon blood sugar levels, present dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, height and body weight (ideal body weight). Unless all the information is made available it is difficult to give a diet plan. In the mean time you should avoid sweets completely, avoid deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and other bakery items, high fat milk products and sweetened aerated drinks. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Also stay away from from alcohol and smoking.
