I am 60 years suffering from obesity having weight 90 kgs and also suffering from palmoplanotorpsoriasis kindly suggest treatment shall I proceed with nutri slim products for reduce weight I am regularly doing exercise for 30 minutes and I am vwry active please help me to releive from this trouble and suggest food habits to be followed I am non vegetarian thank you.
