I have sore throat and cough from last 20 days and in last 20 days 2 time I have vomit after dinner and I cough hard when I lay down on bed, I was alcoholic recently I have stopped alcohol from last 25 days I only chew gutkha I will quit that too soon, I can eat and drink but I feel roughness in throat and I don't have fever.
