Constipation has changed circadian rythm. I am not hungry till evening 7 pm. I having the very first meal of the day at 7 pm. Which is called the breakfast. Not sure how to bring this back. Can anyone help how to reverse this now?

Practine (cyproheptadine) 10 ml one hr before meals. It is hunger enhancer, after that take meal. Walk for 7-10 min. Than followed by rest.
