I am having pain in my right shoulder for 5 days. I am hearing crack sounds while exercising. It has gotten a little better right now. I have been having a problem in my shoulder and upper back for 4 - 5 years, I experience some kind of pain and tightness mostly in my upper back while sitting in a leaning position for long time. I always thought its due to bad posture and lack of exercise. I do exercise but not regularly. Do I need to be worried?
