Hi doctor, I had two miscarriages one in 2014 and other in 2015 both at 3rd month ending. After my first miscarriage I gained weight upto 20 kgs from 50, and fat settled in thighs and belly ,after that I delivered a baby in 2019, it was normal delivery. Now my problem is I was 85 kg now, my weight was not reduced after delivery. Now I had varicose problem due to excess weight. Please suggest me way to control my weight and reduce belly and thigh fat. My hb is 10. Thank you doctor in advance.

You need to take proper care of yourself. Start with mild walk during the day followed hy high fibre and moderately rich complex carbohydrate pattern. You can add seasonal rich vegetable and fruits in your diet. Plenty of water for detoxification will help you more. Fix timings of your meal at the interval of 2 hourly. For better results you can ask for your scientific analysis and constitution check (vata/pit/kapha). That will help you more to get to know about exact requirement of your meal.
