I have black spot pimples on my face. I use betnovate c cream. To remove my pimples please give good advice to remove my pimples.

Betnovate- cortisone preparations never gives lasting results and are with side effects. Pimples, black marks, circles, acne black scars, spots, red spots, bumps, rashes, white or black heads, blackish lips, scars, pigmentation, milia etc. Need local application of specific paste, oil, cream etc. And internal treatment with herbs for 2-3 months, you have to stop tea, coffee, smoking, junk food if any.
