I am not getting proper sleep in night. I some time get up at mid night. Could you help me in this regards.

Improper sleep may turn into insomnia leads to restlessness and anxiety wd possibilty of headaches. Avoid day time sleeping. Always bath with a luke warm water just half hour prior to sleep. Perfectly clean your area before you sleep place each and everything at your place. Go in the bed when your feeling that your sleepy and do a regualr brisk walk for atleat 30 min in morning. Mind you these things will help these are no parmacological and more of aphyscological treatment. And if your not releived than please consult a doctor for medications.
