How to escape in this hot summer and keep our body and mind fresh. Day to day the summer gets worst and worst what are remedies has to been taken? Please advise.

1] first of all drink plenty of water and eat fruits rich in water content like water melon, melons, cucumber etc. 2] whenever you go outside cover your exposed part. 3] daily eat onion salads. It will protect your body from the effect of dry hot winds. 4] wear cotton and loose fitted cloths. 5] eat less oily and less fried food. 6] do not go outside empty stomach, then heat will affect more. 7] remedies should be taken only when any one suffer from heat stroke and according to symptoms.
