I take lemon-honey-pepper powder-haldi-cinnamon -garlic-warm water drink in the morning empty stomach after exercise. I only drink water before exercise. Can I take a banana n do exercise and then drink the above drink. Will it be helpful.

You can take but should not carry out the exercises immediately you should give a gap of about half an hour.

Taking spicy drink in the morning does not make any sense. Instead take lemon honey, then drink 2 glasses of plain water, eat a banana and head for gym. Drink again water, eat breakfast after gym. Never drink fruit juice, but eat equivalent fruits. Take heavy carbohydrates in breakfast, light lunch and high protein but light dinner.
