Hello Doctor, I'm 43 years old since 7 months I am taking 90 ml to 180 ml of whisky daily due to some financial issue. Please advise.

You see this is exactly the problem: when you have a financial issue you are spending more to drink than to save! this level of drinking can only drown your misery but do nothing to solve it. Therefore, the issue is not getting resolved but your finances will get drained and you will feel more miserable. In fact, you need to do more to earn the money or to reduce expenditure, at least. Please quit and do it now. As time goes by, you will start drinking more because nothing is happening to sort out your issues. You need to be responsible, be respectful, and be functional always. In line with that, it is advisable to quit alcohol and do something responsible instead. The set up is for you to become an alcoholic gradually and you will not know when that happens or when it becomes too late to turn the clock back.
