I have some vitamin d3 capsules left which I used to take last year as a gynecologist had told me to take .my vitamin d3 course was completed last year. Should I start taking again now? If yes, then how should I take it? Once a week or twice a week?

Kindly take fat soluble vitamins---- a ;d; e and k --only as per medical advice --as excess of them also will make health problems.
