Hi. Any psychologist please give me suggestion. I'm hyperaware about saliva swallowing for one month. This sensation was irritating. I tried to stop thinking about it but couldn't. I swallow saliva all the time and now the condition is so worse that i'm feeling that I can't speak normally. I ain't pronouncing the words right way. Like I forgot how I used to speak automatically and how many times I used to swallow the saliva. I want to get rid of these horrible thoughts. I'm losing confidence. I've stopped talking to anyone. I avoid reading and speaking due to this fear that I won't speak normally and i'll be more depressed then. please suggest me how can I change my mind.
