You need to be examined by an ent surgeon, he will check your ear by otoscope and may ask you get done an audiometry test and will prescribe you medicines according. The sound you hear is called tinnitus.

consult ent doctor and do have audiometry test for hearing problem..if that sound coming eith tingling sensation then use tinnex capsule before bed..some times water may go inside the ear during bathing..so avoid it and becareful..
