Age 29, weight 82 kg, unmarried, height 6 ft, in march 2020, I got bleeding in semen and urine for few days along with pain radiating from rectum to penis, and body fever with chills upto months and also bone pain started from chest tie bones and joints.in sep, trus prostate showed prostate volume 14.8 cc. The prostate is normal in size shape and shows ill defined parenchymal areas of increased echogenicity mainly limited to the anterior stromal zone and transitional zone of the prostate. The echogenic areas are seen extending and surrounding the opening of ejaculatory ducts on both sides i.e possibility of chronic prostatitis needs to be ruled out. At that time psa was 2.56 ng/ml. Doctor gave levofloxacin and alfoo for 1 month. After taking it for one month ,none of my symptom resolved and again psa was increased i.e 3.06 ng/ml. Then doctor gave doxocyline for 1 month but I took it for 4 to 5 days only. As the time was passing my bone pain was increasing even my teeth also paining, pain radiating from rectum to penis and getting black dots in semen on ejaculation. On oct 2021, I got bleeding in urine again, doctor did urine report, it showed 80-100 rbcs and these are isomorphic. He did eps by massaging prostate but no precum came out and then did urine test. He did ultrasound of kub and it was normal and psa on oct 2021 was 1.06 ng/ml. Now since 25 days ,i am getting burning in urine and dark colour urine sometime reddish. One day when I was urinating I got pain in rectum area. I am getting lower back pain mainly at center in spine even on touching ,i am getting chills and feeling feverish since 15 days. Today I went to doctor ,he did urine it showed calcium oxalate + crystal and psa was 0.89 ng/ml. As I took doxocyline 2 days before on tuesday, had it affected my psa level. Sir my main problem is that my whole body bones are paining, for that I did vit d and it us 18 ng/ml (range normal above 30. Before my prostate infection on mar 2020, my vit d was 30 ng/ml since 2015 ,it never reduced .but since the time this problem started my bones are getting too much weak. I took vit d 60000 iu upto 8 week, still no relief in pain. My current problems are whole body bones pain even in teeth. Pain sometimes radiating from rectum to penis and also when I ride bike, urine burning, chills and dar coloured urine and red spots in urine. Although it is rare but seeing bones feature and recurrent problem of pain, can I have prostate cancer. Should I go for prostate mri. Please help me sir/god.

Hello- anyone who tells you that blood in your semen or haemospermia is normal, he/she is wrong. No, it is not normal. In fact, blood coming out of any part of your body can in no way be normal. We often hear some patients say that the doctors they have consulted before, about this very crucial problem, regarded it as not serious. Neglecting blood in your semen is a very bad idea. It will not go away without proper treatment. On the other hand, addressing it at the earliest will help cure the problem completely. Here is where the role of ayurveda and ayurvedic medical experts becomes extremely important. Causes of blood in semen: what is causing you haemospermia or as per ayurveda, dooshita shukra? Here are a few causes that are influencing the condition- inflammation and infections: inflammations and infections cause the most common threat to your semen. Infection in any of the tubes, ducts or glands, such as prostate, urethra, seminal vesicles, vas deferens and epididymis, etc. Can become the cause of blood in semen. Sexually transmitted infection: other bacterial infections along with sexually transmitted infections, such as chlamydia and gonorrhoea are also potent threats to your semen. 40% of the times, it is these kinds of infections that lead to blood in your semen. Forced sexual activity: though not much discussed, any forced sexual activity might also influence the condition. This kind of activity irritates the pubic region and can also form the cause of genital tract infection, leading to blood in your semen. A recent medical procedure: one of the most common occurrences of blood in the semen is noticed post a medical procedure. Examples of medical procedures that lead to blood in semen include prostate biopsy, any urinary treatment, etc. These treatments cause temporary trauma to the semen for a short span of time, leading to ejaculation of blood along with it.
