Hi I am 25 years old, I have 76kg weight, I tried fat burner, I stopped sugar and sweet, but my fats is not burning at all, please help me to reduce my weight and burn fat.

What is your height, don't use fat burners, it causes dangerous side effects, if you r looking for six pack abs then rigorous dedicated exercise, well balanced diet, will only help but not in short duration, diet should be more of protein and less of fat and oil, and more of green leafy vegetables salads fruit etc.
