From last 2 years my weight has lose 70 kg to 60 kg how I can increase my weight at what should i do

First you do health check ups and follow these. Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, push ups, yoga etc. Increase eating frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use whole cream milk. Add high calorie foods like ghee, butter etc. Take dense vegetables. Whole fruits. Eat extra fish, egg, meat to get muscular body. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.
