He can do the following things: 1. Stop or reduce the intake of sugar, if diabetic shall follow the directions of doctor. 2. Add salad carrots, radish, cuccumber, sprouts in diet. 3. Shall avoid potato, oily/fried and rice in diet 4. Daily brisk walking for about 40minutes. 5. No dry fruits he can have some almonds walnuts though. 6. Should not stop any medicine without asking the doctor. These things followed for 3-4 months will give desired result.
