You may take protein by taking boiled eggs cheese soya beans sprouts etc. increase plenty of liquids. Take small meals four times a day. Juice soup you can take daily.

Good quality lean protein foods like egg whites, toned milk & its products like paneer, curd, cheese, alongwith tofu, sprouts, dals, peas, beans help to improve muscle mass. Diet should be balanced too so that different food groups are included daily & excess of protein foods should not be consumed. Physical exercise with a combination of cardio, resistance or weights and stretching would help.
