My hair density is getting reduced but no hair fall. Can you please suggest to increase the hair density? And suggest some oil and shampoo. Now a days I use Shikakai powder for hair wash.

Healthy and glossy hair depends on a healthy and wholesome diet. Hair is made up of protein so a protein rich diet helps grow hair strong and healthy. Minerals are also important for lustrous hair. A recommended protein diet includes wheatgerm, pulses, legumes, and most importantly, soybean.
