I am 22 years old boy. For past 1.5 yrs, i'm at home due to corona. Online education is going on. My daily routine is wake up at 7 am. 7 to 9 gets ready. 9 to 12 study (sitting all time). 12 to 1 lunch then sleep for 2 hrs. Again wake at 3.4 to 7 study (sitting) 7to 9 lunch. 9to 10 walk and then sleep. I am following this for past 1.5 yrs. No breakfast and my water consumption is bit low. Now I am experiencing problem. When I start to eat nausea starts and I hardly eat half meal because of fear of throwing up. And my appetite became very low. I am feeling this problem for past 2 weeks. What should I do?
