I am suffering from psoriasis and got even psoriatic arthritis because of that. I am getting both treatments allopathy (methoxterate and along with that folic acid and one tofacitinib) but because of this swelling and everything subside but in homeopathic doctor is just giving petroleum 30 and along with that acid flor 1 m but because of hot weather nit facing any issue but my question is that which will be better to finish psoriasis allopathic or herbal (including unani, ayurveda or homeopathic)
