Patient: f56, symptoms severe lower back pain for several months. The current Mr. findings are of: ? diffuse degenerative changes in form of marginal osteophytes at multiple vertebral level. ? diffuse disc bulge at l4-5 causing thecal sac indentation without neural foramina narrowing or exiting nerve root impingement with bilateral ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and facet joint arthropathy. ? mild fatty infiltration of paraspinal muscles. ? no definite intrinsic cord abnormality.
