I am a 29 year old active muscular male exercising from past 6 years having a high protein diet, recently I discovered problem of piles and I have stopped all my protein supplements and foods to get recovered, it?s been a week and I am working out from now onwards, so when can I resume back on my high protein diet nearly about 100 - 120 grams of protein for muscle building.

you have to take balanced diet including both protien and carbohydrates. if u consume more protien again chances of piles recurrence.u take natural supplements of protiens present in pulses and fruits.
