Your weight is okay considering your height. No particular body part can be targeted to loose fat. Include complex carbohydrates like whole wheat, jowar, bajra etc. Proteins like low fat milk and milk products, poultry, fish and healthy fats like seeds and nuts in your diet. Eat plenty of leafy veggies. Choose whole fruit instead of fruit juice. Drink atleast 3 litres of water every day. Aviod fried food, junk food, sweets. Exercise regulary.
