I am a female of age 33ys, 3 months back I had checked my blood parameters, hb was 12.1,platelet was 3.12,and I had vit b12 deficiency, and was started with complex capsules, and now again rechecked my level now vit b12 improved, hb is 13.2 but my platelet increased to 454000 /4.54,should I be worried cause of platelet high level? Wat should we do?
