I'm 26 years old. I had a habit of masturbating since my teenage. Two days back I masturbated lying down one sided (left sided). In the time of ejaculation I had a mild pain in my right testicles or nerves I have no idea about it. The next morning I notice my right testis is hanging little lower than the left one which I never experienced before. I feel it's swelling a little. I didn't feel any severe pain. Swelling didn't increase as well. It's mild swelling. I also came across watery sperm and my erection is not so hard and doesn't last long. I'm extremely worried about what could be the problem. There's no sexologist in my locality and it's hard to move out of station for treatment due to the cavity pandemic. Please doctors! help me out. Do I need to go for medication? Is there any home remedies to resolve this problems? Will this problems get restored by it's own? I decided to avoid masturbation.

Hello- testicular pain is a very serious medical issue. If you experience sharp testicular pain, visit a doctor to determine whether the pain is caused by torsion, a serious, medical emergency requiring immediate surgery. Occasional testicular pain or soreness is often caused by sexual exhaustion, a side effect of over masturbation. Occasional testicular discomforts occurr typically during sexual activities or within two hours of an ejaculation. Causes over masturbation depletes the body of necessary neurochemicals, which help power the sex drive and keep the body in a balanced state. These chemicals control everyday bodily functions such as hair growth; melatonin for sleep; thyroid chemicals to maintain weight; and acetylcholine for proper genital blood flow. Men who masturbate in excess see a depletion in blood flow and an increase of the inflammatory responses. When the testicles experience a reduction in blood flow along with inflammatory signals, pain can ensue.
