Wake up early in morning, clear your bowel and other daily activities. Give a quality of time in yoga and pranayam. Some asanas like surya namaskar, tadasna, naukasan, dhanurasana etc and yoga like anulom vilom, kapal bhati, om chanting etc are very beneficial to maintain good health (providing you don't have any health issues). Take three times meal at a proper and don't munch in between. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid spicy, oily and junk food, tea,coffee, alcohol, cigarette. Keep yourself away from bad evils.
