I am 34 years of age, female I ve been treated for globally hypokinesia walls, mild Mr. and tr, pulmonary hypertension, the symptoms still existing like swelling feet, fatigue wait loss extreme acidity and bloating, I am still taking medicines such as metoprolol12. 5,asprine eco 75 mg, enalapril 5 mg, diuretics from last 4 days I did not sleep, how to overcome these symptoms please?

With metoprolol, some amount of feet swelling is expected. Try to keep your feet raised while sitting and sleeping and try walking about at regular intervals, without sitting or standing for prolonged periods. As for acidity, aspirin is the culprit, but since you need it for your heart condition, try to manage it with plenty of water and avoiding spicy food.
