I am going everyday to gym since two years but I am not getting fat. I don't take any protein. So please tell me how to get fat and good body? Please help me!

Dear Mr Wind Ashle.....Going gymn doesn't mean you have to grow fat.....I understand that you are wanting to get bulky.....If you are opting for protien supplement then i would suggest you to take whey protien.....Take 40 grams of whey protien at early morning before breakfast......take another 20 grams of whey protien just 30 mins before you start exercise.....take another 40 grams of whey protien 30 mins after exercise.......try to maintain a ratio of 1.5:1 between your chest and waist....for example if your waistline is 30 inches then you should try to make your chest 45 inches.....once you attain the aforesaid ratio between chest and waist you will look handsome
