My husband got mitral replacement surgery in 2010. Now he is on blood thinners. Which corona vaccine is better for him covishield or covaxin? And what precautions should he take before and after getting vaccine?

Both are good. Better to take which vaccine is available to you. After vaccination he might complaints of fever ,bodyache and pain at the site of injection. Give him tab paracetamol for that. And if drink then ask him not to for 45 days. And take all the safety measures for covid i.e. Mask, hand sanitation and social distancing.
