Respected doctor, I had surgery for kidney stone removal done in sept 2019, now in march 2021 I did a kub sonography, which shows no stone but "minimal fullness of rt pelvic-calyceal system is shown" in the report, also sometimes I get slight pain in lower back side right side probably due to this in early mornings only otherwise nothing, should I be worried about this condition and if so what at the remedies. I am taking homoeopathic medicine at present for this condition. Is this the right approach?
