I had my acl surgery 3 weeks ago using hamstring graft. I add up 2 new exercises to strengthen the quad muscle done using towel under the knee (quad sets). After doing that exercises, I got swelling around knee cap and pain. So I want to ask is it normal or should I stop doing this 2 new exercises?
