I am 31 trying to conceive with pcos but I also have vitamin d deficiency. After taking neuro d3 60k tablet I got fatty liver grade 2 and kidney stones due to which I stopped the tablet now my joints are paining badly and getting bumps on skin with itchiness and nails breaking. When I tested on january my vitamin d 25oh was 15. I took the supplements only 4 weeks and stopped as my kidney stones troubled a lot. Now I am not able to walk due to swelling in joints should I take neuro d3 6k again? I am spending daily 10 minutes in sun will that revive me back?
