Hello my 3 and half year daughter, height approx 92 cm and weight 13 kg can speak clearly but cannot understand questions. Rather answering them she just repeats that question. She can follow small instructions but can't form language properly. She is very interested in listening music or watching tv ads. She can memorize them and act them when she has nothing to do. We as a parent are very much anxious and tensed as well why she is not communicating with others by language forming. Example, if I ask her are you she answers 'i am well I taught her this after rigorous practice. But now if I tell her to ask that question to anyone she just tells. I am well. Her vocabulary is quite good but can't use them in language properly. She can tell a for apple to z for zebra. She can tell 1,2,3, ulto 30. She can identify horse, cow, goat ,dog, fruits vegetables, vehicles,birds but can use only one or two words to express these. She loves to play with colors and often she repeatedly plays with them. She can't write as well. She is least interested in other social activities like try to talk to mother herself with her own words or uncle or grandpa. Is she normal? Please help us. We are very much worried.
